Bill Gargano has served as our Group Sr. Vice President of IT and Life Sciences Services Division since December 2020. Mr. Gargano was SVP of our Life Sciences from 2018 to December 2020. Mr. Gargano has extensive Intl. experience, having lived and managed overseas operations in Asia, Europe, and South America.
Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Gargano served in various C Level and executive mgmt positions at CGI, Collaborative Consulting, Taratec Development, and DMR. Mr. Gargano has over 30 years of management, operations, sales, and regulatory experience in the Life Science Industry.

Catherine has been in the IT consulting industry for over 30 years.
She has served as Client Services Manager, handing all aspects of client interfaces, billing, payroll, credit and collections, as well as Resource Manager Roles, encompassing consultants and project movement throughout the organization. Catherine spent 10 years focused on HR before being promoted from HR Generalist to Director of HR, where she earned her PHR certification. After joining RCM in 2009, Catherine entered a multidimensional role as IT Operations Mgr. and Resource Mgr. Catherine was promoted to Recruiting Director in 2018, shifting her focus to all aspects of recruiting. In 2024 Catherine was promoted to VP of HR & Divisional Operations increasing her responsibilities transversely across the division.

Chris Giunta has been leading RCM’s Long Island Solutions Practice since March 2004. Effective January 1, 2006, Mr. Giunta was promoted to Senior Vice President. From August 1999 until March 2004, Mr. Giunta served as Senior Account Manager for the Long Island Practice.
Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Giunta was a partner at Seaview Consulting, Inc., which was acquired by RCM in 1999. Mr. Giunta has 30+ years experience in software development, information systems management, and related project management.

Dave has been in the HCM industry for nearly 30 years, beginning his career in HR. He has spent the last 25 years in the HCM consulting industry. Dave’s background is technical including integrations and complex analytical reports. Over that time, he was promoted from technical consultant to manager, Director of Professional Services, and in 2011 to Vice President.

Richard started his career working in the metal forming, metal treatments, compression and injection molding, and electronics industries for over 10 years, involved with machine design, machine building, HMI, PLC programming, manufacturing, and robotics. He then moved into regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology where he has been for over 20 years, holding various positions throughout his career.

Rene Marcotte has served as the Life Sciences Practice Leader since September 2022. Mr. Marcotte has extensive experience in growing and leading consulting practices and with implementing large, complex data solutions.
Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Marcotte has served in various executive and management positions at Hawkins Point Partners, CGI, Collaborative Consulting, IBM, PwC, Motorola, and State Street Bank. Mr. Marcotte has nearly 40 years of management, practice development, data strategy, and Life Sciences experience.

Jon Russell has served as RCM’s Vice President of Life Sciences & Strategic Partnerships since February 2023. Mr. Russell heads up RCM’s delivery operations for the Life Science verticals of Research, Clinical and Commercial. Additionally, Mr. Russell is responsible for the RCM Strategic Partner Program, developing and managing the relationships with key technology and service providers.
Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Russell had 30 + years of experience in various positions in both professional services organizations and in the Life Science Industry providing strategic and operational consulting to a variety of global clients across US, Europe and Asia.

Kelsey Hoontis serves as our Director of Regulatory Affairs in our Life Sciences and IT Division since September 2023. She has worked in the biotechnology, pharma, medical device life science industry for over 18 years, holding various management, quality control, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, operations & quality compliance roles. She has spent most of her career in a global regulatory affairs late-stage (CMC) strategic role, providing regulatory leadership for rare disease biologics and biological vaccine approvals globally.
