Bill Gargano
Bill Gargano has served as our Group Senior Vice President of IT and Life Sciences Services Division since December 2020. Mr. Gargano served as Senior Vice President of our Life Sciences Practice from May 2018 to December 2020. Mr. Gargano has extensive international experience, having lived and managed overseas operations in Asia, Europe, and South America.
Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Gargano served in various C Level and executive management positions at CGI, Collaborative Consulting, Taratec Development, and DMR. Mr. Gargano has over 30 years of management, operations, sales, and regulatory experience in the Life Science Industry.
In his spare time, Bill enjoys woodworking, jazz music, traveling, and science fiction.
Chris Giunta has been leading RCM’s Long Island Solutions Practice since March 2004. Effective January 1, 2006, Mr. Giunta was promoted to Senior Vice President. From August 1999 until March 2004, Mr. Giunta served as Senior Account Manager for the Long Island Practice.
Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Giunta was a partner at Seaview Consulting, Inc., which was acquired by RCM in 1999. Mr. Giunta has 30+ years experience in software development, information systems management, and related project management.
Dave has been in the HCM industry for nearly 30 years, beginning his career as a member of a corporate HR department. He then moved to a new company as part of IT supporting corporate HR and payroll. Finally, he spent the last 25 years in the HCM consulting industry. Dave’s background is technical including integrations and complex analytical reports. Over that time, he was promoted from technical consultant to manager, Director of Professional Services, and in 2011 to Vice President.
Dave brings value to clients by solving complicated problems with creative solutions and delivering them with a smile on his face and a calm demeanor, despite any obstacles.
When away from the office, Dave enjoys cooking, relaxing in a hammock or pool, and playing tennis. He is also a certified tennis instructor and teaches both adults and kids.
Catherine has been in the IT consulting industry for over 30 years, holding various positions throughout her career. Those roles have included Client Services Manager, handing all aspects of client interfaces, billing, payroll, credit, collections aspects of the company, as well as Resource Manager Roles, encompassing consultants and project movement throughout the organization. Catherine spent 10 years focused on human resources before being promoted from HR Generalist to Director of Human Resources, where she earned her PHR certification. After joining RCM in 2009, Catherine entered a multidimensional role as the IT Division Operations Manager and Resource Manager. Catherine was promoted to Recruiting Director in 2018, shifting her focus to all aspects of recruiting.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking, yoga, and focusing on family.
Hrair Tcholakian, Director of Strategic Solutions, HCM Practice Hrair has over 30 years of experience from film, video, and audio production to planning, developing, implementing business, technology solutions, and improving systems architecture. Extensive experience in diverse range of technologies, including film, video, audio, ERP, HCM, API/web services/ETL integrations, SAML/SSO, web development and digital transformations. Proven ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical support and data requirements, identify deficiencies, potential opportunities, and develop innovative solutions for increasing reliability and improving productivity. Hrair has also designed, developed, and implemented complex architecture, interfaces, reporting, and applications to reduce overhead, improve efficiencies and processes and integrations for business systems, HR, Payroll, performance and learning management, compensation, applicant/training/development, and accounting/GL.
Hrair’s passions include listening to music with his collection of headphones, collecting guitars, driving cars, and focusing on his close family and friends.
Richard started his career working in the metal forming, metal treatments, compression and injection molding, and electronics industries for over 10 years, involved with machine design, machine building, HMI, PLC programming, manufacturing, and robotics. He then moved into regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology where he has been for over 20 years, holding various positions throughout his career.
Some of his roles have included process automation, process and system owner, utilities and production maintenance, engineering manager, program manager, and plant manager. Those roles have required the supervision of tool and die makers, technicians, and engineers at different levels of expertise. After obtaining his Master’s in Business Administration, Richard has continued to earn certifications in electricity, program management, and six-sigma LEAN manufacturing. After joining RCM in 2018, Richard entered a solutions delivery role, providing consultations based on his vast overall knowledge and experience.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys reading, exercising, and sight-seeing with his family.
Kathleen Warner is an executive consultant with 25+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and the Life Sciences (LS).
Dr. Warner has served as a Chief Information Officer (CIO), Subject Matter Expert (SME), and domain expert in academic and regulated environments. As a management consultant, Dr. Warner has provided oversight for hundreds of LS projects in both the U.S. and globally. Her strengths include leadership, advisory, organization management, business process analysis, program/project management and, most recently, Computer Software Assurance (CSA) engagements.
As a practitioner and technologist, Dr. Warner has performed future cloud assessments, developed IT infrastructure roadmaps, performed clinical management process analysis, managed R&D IT programs, and more. Dr. Warner holds a BA in English, Master of Science in Applied Management, and Ph.D. in Education.
In her spare time, Kathleen enjoys tracing her ancestry from Ireland to Quebec Canada to the US, traveling, antiquing, and family.
Susan has worked in the Human Capital Management industry for 20+ years, holding various management positions in the areas of Payroll, Workforce Management, Client Relationship Management and Client Service Management throughout her career. She has engaged across several different industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Retail. In addition to building and managing successful teams in North America, she has also created and implemented an entire client service team internationally in the Pacific Rim from the ground up.
As a seasoned Director, she is passionate about advancing the client experience and success. Susan has been and will continue to be instrumental in creating, implementing, and executing new successful processes and procedures for the UKG/RCM partnership.
Outside the office, Susan has two sons, daughter in laws, and two grandsons, that she enjoys time with. She also loves water sports, whether it be fishing, scalloping, or relaxing in her pool in North Florida.
JL is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of experience directing technology practices. Her unique blend of hands-on technical experience and executive management skills enable successful deployment of large-scale IT solutions and generation of strong sales revenue. JL brings strong process improvement, data analytics, and agile methodology experience to her clients. JL has extensive industry experience in financial services, healthcare, insurance, consulting, RPO/RPC and talent acquisition along with the ability to quickly pinpoint customer’s key issues and develop a creative solution.
JL is originally from Nova Scotia but has been in the US since 1990. She started her IT career as a computer geek (yup a programmer) and still loves the industry. Fun facts: JL has lived in 2 countries, 3 provinces, and 7 states but her heart is always in Cape Breton, NS. Her pride and joy - little grandson, Breton.
